Studio10540 Rules

Please note: these rules are put in place to keep my studio a clean, safe, environment for everyone!

*If any of these rules/polices are broken you will be charged a $100 minimum fee

- Please ensure you have the correct date and time prior to confirming the reservation, I cannot guarantee I can fix errors with booking

- Your rental time includes, your set up, your photo/creation time and your clean up.

- The main door MUST be locked at all times. This is very important for everyone's safety. Do not give your clients or anyone else the code for the door. Please meet each client at the main door to let them in and make sure the door is being locked properly each time

- Parking must be in the driveway or across the street do not park or have your guests park anywhere else

- No smoke bombs, open flames, or lit candles allowed at the studio

- If you move things around, please place everything back in its place

- Please be respectful there could be a rental right after your time if you do not leave within your time you will be charged.

- Do not take anything from the studio. If items go missing during your time slot we will review studio footage and charge you for a replacement if necessary.

*we are not liable for any personal injuries or illnesses during your time at the studio and recommend you carry business liability insurance to protect yourself and your clients

By reading this you agree to assume full responsibility for your own actions and the actions of your guests, and for your own safety and the safety of your guests in Studio10540. You agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless Studio10540 and its members from and against all liability, loss, costs, damages, fees and expenses including attorney fees for any suit, claims settlement, award, penalty, fine, defense or judgement because of loss or damage to any person, property or right. This indemnity shall apply whether or not the loss or damage is causes or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the joint or concurrent act or omission (whether negligent or otherwise) of you or your guests. In other words Studio10540 shall not be held responsible for any injury, liability, loss, costs, damages, fees and expenses incurred when using the studio.
